When Naina asked many questions about myself, I felt that she was actually trying to understand my situation to help me.

The practical tips on doing the CV and resume, The keywords to put on the CV. The example of how other people approach their CV and resume. The examples of highlighting the project and responsibility, because I was saying, "I did the design based on client's brief," and you summarise it to "approaching briefs empathically". That's so cool! I'd have never thought of that.

Naina's sessions are always focused, we always get straight to the issue that needed work within the span of time. She has a set of tools that optimise the session to make it effective.

Naina has the ability to help the other person see things in a positive light. She seems relatable and not aloof. Her personality shines through during the call and made it easier for me to confide in her some insecurities that I've had for the longest time. The call with her was more conversational and it felt comfortable, like you're talking to a close friend.
