In my opinion, the world desperately needs more people like Naina. She is unique in that she has an extremely high IQ and EQ, a very rare trait to get in a single person. Naina's combination of positive attitude, "I will get it done" approach and care for her team is just remarkable. Everyone on our team loves working with her, and I mean absolutely everyone. From the very beginning of her employment at Greenhouse, she spearheaded our community team and transformed it into what we call today "customer experience." Under her leadership, we have been receiving a consistent "world-class" NPS scores across all products and services at Greenhouse. Today, the entire company has embraced a customer-centric approach largely because of Naina's efforts and guidance. One of those people who are not just an excellent fit for our culture but someone who furthers it. Moreover, I think that Naina is the most empathetic person I ever met. She demonstrates, at all times, active listening, continually empowering her team members to give their best while seeking mentorship from other people.
