In my opinion, the world desperately needs more people like Naina. She is unique in that she has an extremely high IQ and EQ, a very rare trait to get in a single person. Handling two different regions is not all that simple and if your stakeholders are sitting in a remote location and time zone it adds to the complexity! The reason Naina managed to do this well is because of her attention to detail and her commitment to work.
